Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Syera & CO is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at sales@syera.shop.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at sales@syera.shop with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order price.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and product before opening and contact us at sales@syera.shop within 48 hours of receipt.
