Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

How do I track my order?

After your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track with the carrier. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, please contact us at sales@syera.shop.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please email sales@syera.shop as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a skincare product?

We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene regulations, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless received damaged or incorrect. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us at sales@syera.shop within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Products

Are Syera & CO products suitable for sensitive skin?

Many of our products are formulated to be gentle and suitable for everyday use. We recommend checking the ingredient list on each product page and performing a patch test before full application. For medical skin conditions, please consult a dermatologist.

How should I store my skincare products?

Store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep lids tightly closed after each use.
