We want you to be happy with your Syera & CO purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on items that meet all of the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original, sealed condition
- The item is in its original packaging
- The return is requested within 30 days of the delivery date
Skincare & Cosmetic Products
Due to hygiene and safety standards applicable to skincare and cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or had their tamper seal removed — unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products
- Products with broken seals
- Final sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Request a Return
- Email sales@syera.shop with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our return confirmation and instructions before sending anything back
- Package the item securely and send to the address we provide
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where an item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
